new clutch issues

i installed my new clutch yesterday and everything seems to be working fine, car shifts and runs great but i have a problem.

the clutch pedal is very soft, so soft its hard to feel anything at all. even after bleeding it, it still is very soft, we adjusted the pedal and now it just releases higher up, everything works correctly so maybe this clutch is just soft now, its really wierd, and hard to discribe, its just as tho it has no preasure,

Any ideas?

Did you disconnect a clutch line for some reason? If so, keep bleeding it.
Does the pedal have to be pushed pretty far down for the clutch to start disengaging? If not, then just wait until the clutch is broken in and see how it feels then.
