OK, so i got my car used from my dad and he had ALL 6 coils replaced. Now i'm driving and the car starts bucking like it did before he replaced his coils and i have had an ignition misfire SES light for awhile. do the coils go bad a second time? have they ever gone bad twice on somebody else?

 

Take them out replace spark plugs.grab a q-tip see if any dirty inside of them.Reset your Ecu.and check codes.

 

can someone hook me up with a how to?

 

OK heres an update with more info.

A few days ago I got my codes pulled and they were:

P0430 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
P1320

one is for coils and the other i was told could be for the rear O2 sensors.

All 6 coils have been replaced not too long ago as well as the O2 sensors
the invoide says

coils
O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2
O2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1

 

update: the sensors and coils were replcaced may 17, 2004 and it was at 103,445 milles. I currently have 127,xxx miles. dont know if that helps
