i had mine nearly totally stripped fortunately i had enough left to take a hammer and tap the screwdriver into that nice and soft quality nissan bolt, and i got it out.
try some narrow vice grips, i got some from walmart for my brake lines, they worked wonders.

Go out and buy a set of vice grips. It will clamp on to the sides of the screw no problem. My friend also suggested finding out what kind of screwes they were and replace them. These scrwes are too soft an break easily.

the cup still attached and it only moves a little bit. Does that means it is ok? Do I have to remove the cup myself?

At this point I would just go ahead and remove the valve. I mean your already in there, so why not. And even if the rod is still safely secured in the cup I would just pour in some JB as preventative maintenance. We know where the weak point is. No sense in taking it all back apart if it were to break somewhere down the road.

So should I remove the cup.. pull it myself or just pour some JB Weld in it and put it back together..... still I have no power after 5K rpm...

when i did mine, the cup was still attached securely, so like NewLoveI30 said about preventative maintanence, i just put some JB weld on it. no reason to break it if it is attached.
you should be able to fool around with that device to figure out if it is loose or securely attached.
if you still arent having power after 5k then there is another problem, and i do remember someone who had this problem but i cannot find the correct thread, since there are quite a few 'vias' threads coming up in the google search

****ty *** ****ing screws same thing happed to me. I took a regular screwdriver and HAMMER THE GROOVE back into the screw and took that crap out as slowly as possible and gently while it was still stripping. Stripped to the point it looked like halfly shredded paper.

MAF can cause power loss before it dies on you.

It pushes the rod all the way back, as you can tell, you can move the rod back and forth alot.
