I am shopping for an aftermarket air intake which will be my first performance mod, and I need some feedback from those of you who already got one installed. What I am specifically interesting in, (and I am pretty sure that many people would also be interested) are these questions:

1. Obviously, which intake you got? (brand /type)
2. What are the performance gains?
3. Does it feel stronger or weaker in everyday city driving? (traffic light starts without wheel spin, passing on highways at 80+ mph, two lane country roads passing, etc)
4. If you ever took your car out on a drag strip or auto-x by how much did the numbers increase?
5. And folks, if you dinoed your car before/after the installation, please post your results.

Personal opinions are also welcome, but only if you have the intake.

No this one is a bit different, just take a look at all other threads about the intake. Trust me, I did quite a research before I posted it.

 

Then form your own opinion around what you found out....don't ask us which intake is better, and what kind of gains you could expect.
