Stupid question...did you add the angel eyes yourself or did those come with the BMW lights? I thought only the 5-series (E46 is 3-series) came with factory angel eyes.

Also, how much did that cost? It looks really good.

those are the ebay projectors with the h3 projectors thrown out and e46 projectors retrofitted into them. The angel eyes come with the actual headlight assembly

So...$200 for the housing, how much for E46 bi-xenons? Assuming you have to buy them somewhere and don't get lucky at a junkyard...

edit: more like $250, wow that's expensive shipping.

I have angel's on my M7 they are a pain in the *** and have to warm up, but that is cool that maximas can have them on projectors. I hope the quality is better than on my BMW.

Projectors can be had for $150 on ebay do a search for "e46 projectors" I'm not sure on total cost of the retrofit...

M7? they don't make M7's.....

My mom had an 01 740il and hers didn't have angel eyes are yours AM? That would explain why they would have to warm up.

Import from Germany. My brother is a exotic car importer based in Atlanta. The M7 is just like the american 740iL M sport. But has advanced engine tuning different transmission ratio for autobahn. More aerodynamic features and racing seats wrapped in leather with M logo, Euro tails, Euro bumpers, Huge cross drilled and sloted rotors, tricked out exhaust, suspension, intake, Engine ECu, and some other fasinating features. I actually got it cheaper than a 740iL but keep that on the downlow. It is all in German however and Km/ Liters so If you dont read german it can be a pain.

How is the light output on the projectors? Highs vs. Lows? Are you satisfied for the amount you paid...and are those the symmic housings? PM me if you don't feel like letting everyone know. You've sparked my interest in this direction vs. going with smoked AE headlights for my OO. Like it more and more everytime I open up this thread though.
