I would buy just the Piaa Xtreme White ones with out plus. It should said 4150k on the outside of the box and from Piaa Japan. These are the ones I have and out of all the bulbs I ever got I like this one the best. I used them for 6-8 months so far and no burn out on any of the bulbs...

Imitation HID bulbs suck when it comes to actual light output and if you are looking for the safest way to go, regular halogens, silverstars, etc are the best way to go short of doing a true HID conversion.
......
these are only 4000k temp.. you will NOT see any blue.. they will be completly white any only white.. bluish color start coming in at 5000k+... if you want bluish white, get 6000k..
I use silverstars.. not blue, it even looks yellow up close.. but far away will blind you

Also, I've said it before and I'll say it again, PIAA are extremely overpriced. In addition, when buying halogen bulbs if the bulb is labelled "extreme" and/or "white" it typically is coated/tinted/capped so it appears whiter/bluer. In reality this effect limits the light output on the road (in laymans terms). Currently, the three bulbs you can buy to replace stock headlamps that will increase overall output (others will make it worse or the same) are Osram Silverstars, as mentioned above, Philips VisionPlus, as I mentioned, and GE MegalightPlus.
I own some PIAA extreme white plus.... i don't think they really "blind" people or if they are GREAT in the rain... i bought it from a website that i searched up on the org here when I was looking for some new headlight bulbs... don't get me wrong they are way better than stock bulbs but I suggest just save up and save for HIDs or something... i should have listened to the person that told me that but I just wanted to save some money and have some decent bright headlights... it's bright but not that bright..
I WANT HID!!!

First of all, I have these same exact bulbs in my car and I bought it from this same person on ebay. The bulbs looks pretty good. It produces a whiter light than oem..not that much of a blue tint. I have it on my headlights and when I turn on my oem fogs I can see that the headlights are definitely whiter (not HID white of course).
Its been raining for the past couple weeks here in Philly and I have been driving in the rain at night with no problems and Philly highways don't really have those reflectors seperating the lanes. I turned off my fogs to see if I could see the road and I could but its better with the fogs on because its closer to the road.

Probly a few $ more.... However, LTB is a good company to deal with. I had one burn out on me before a year, two days later there were two new ones on my doorstep.
I just dont trust ebay sellers, especially if there is a problem. If I am going to spend $60+ on headlights I am not going to get stingy over a few more.

Dont Buy PIAA's, they are great lights but they will burn out in less than a year and you cant buy single replacements. Go with something like Nokya's, they are less expensive and produce a nice white/blue light with good output. They wont break the bank either.
