Trunk gasket?

Trunk gasket?
My wife had her car rear-ended back in November. In March/April she had the rear bumper cover replaced at a local shop and the trunk now closes differently. It slams. I took a look at the trunk lid and it appears to have holes for where a rubber gasket SHOULD go. I ordered what I thought was the right part from Nissan but got the gasket that goes around the entire trunk opening which isn't the piece. I'm talking about JUST the trunk lid at the bottom where it hits/connects with the bumper cover when it closes. Is there a piece there? If so, does someone have a part number? Or, is there an adjustment on the trunk closer to keep it from slamming? It's been pissing me off for a while and I keep forgetting to ask you guys.

edit: at least not on my 2000.

Thanks for the (huge) pictures but I think, from what I can see of the picture, you are pointing to the same gasket that I errantly got from Nissan. I guess I'm just not good at describing the part that I'm talking about! The place I'm talking about is the trunk LID itself. The piece that you lift up to get in the trunk. Where that comes down and hits the bumper, is there a gasket that belongs up there?
