If you have installed these on a 5th Gen, please read on. I am installing the Paradox systems mirror shells but the writeup i found is for a 4th Gen I30:

The write up seems to skip the step about running the wires from the shell into the stock mirror housing. Just wondering if anyone has a tip (or pics) for how to run wires from the shell into the mirror housing. Did you drill a hole in the mirror housing? Without drlling a hole, the wire can tuck between the shell and the bottom of the mirror support, but I am concerned that the wire will end up getting pinched when the mirrors are folded in. Thx.

OK, now the next step I see as a challenge....actual sticking on of the shells. Any trick to attaching the shell without screwing up the alignment? If I remember correclty, when installing my win spoiler, this red-back 3M tape allows you to pull it off a time or 2 as long as you havent pressed hard yet? Hope this is the case, because i don't see myself aligning it perfectly the 1st time
