You should browse the LS forums more. Not too many Vettes with 20's.

Thanks for coming on, I was just about to mention your car as a Max with 20's done right. Your Max was the inspiration for my Max.

Chrome 20's on a Max without lowering = Ghetto. Chrome 20’s on a Max with lowering, still kind of ghetto. It might be a "culture" thing but most people I notice who do this are blacks and not white kids who think they are black, at least around me. (According to Rob01)

Albert's car (even though he is black) looks awesome with 20's. He even won Nopi to prove it.

It is obvious that 20’s are not "racing" wheels but are for show. I think people misunderstood the guy who said they look "racy." I think he was mentioning the style of wheel and not the fact that you would put big wheels on a car if you want to race.

I don't think chrome 20's on a Max look good, with or without lowering, but if people want to make their car look like poo, what do I care?

Not everyone is going to like everything that people do to their car and if you can not take criticism, then DO NOT POST. People take themselves way too serious on this board.

Just my .02. If you feel the need to flame away…be my guest.

Interesting comments. I got a sponsor through 5-Zigen and i wanted to get the biggest wheels they make (so it was my choice). The 20's were a ***** to fit but its all running fine now after rolling the fenders and getting a custom offset. I ride around on 20's and they are tucking .5"+ all the way around. I LOVE it. Its all about being different. I prefer to buy the BIGGEST and most $$$$ stuff i can for my car. Its taken my 5 yrs to get to where i am but its better to take your time and do it right...

Rob VAn Dam your ride is probably the only one with 20's that looks sweet as hell and thats cause it was done right. I had a progress drop with 20's with 245/35/20 and the ride was horrible. I would say go with the 19's. I was on the highway and a huge peice of would blew off a lumber truck and i hit it and bent and cracked the 20 and they dont make them anymore so i am going with 19's this spring. It is a waste to do 20's unless you really do it right in my opinion. I learned the hard way. I am going for the sporty look now rather than show. I had no rubbing issues so you know

I would believe it was like hell unless your area road pavement smooth like silk. My car was on 18" with 225/45, Tein H w/Illumina set on 2, in Jercey it still pretty comfort, travel into the city everytime I felt like hitting every hole/curd/so on and so on very hard and affraid of bending the rim.

Good luck with your search and come back with pics when you got em on.

I'll take 19 inch Milles over cheap azz ghetto chrome 20's every day of the week. A lot of people on the ORG might have them, but when you cruise with them, people compliment your car. I havent seen too many Maximas locally with them. I have seen every other damn ghetto idiot sporting some chrome 20 inch crap on their car. I will 20's all day long. Go buy some Lowenharts or Asanti's...then we can talk. Dont come here with some Lexani garbage, and expect props.

I have NEVER seen a Vette with 20's. On Stang and LS1 forums, anything over 19 gets flammed , no holds barred.

I don't know why everyone here is hating on 20s????

I think nv max's car is fuking sweet, the only way 20s would look ugly is if you put one of the sets that say DUB and look like a dinner plate and if your not dropped.

BTW yes they should fit without rubbing as far as iv'e read.

people hate 20's because majority of them are ghetto chrome cheap *** that dont even look right that sticks out like 2 inches, bought it just because its 20s. dont matter if it looks good or fit the car. just so they can say "my cars rollin on DUBS!!!" wow so cool.....

I've got 20's and I haven't had any problems with rubbing. NO... I didn't get the dinner plate or anything close. I am dropped on H-techs / Tockico's. I could give a **** what others think here especially since we are suppose to do the G-35 rims only. Hmm...

My favorite car ever sinec I joined the org. He does it right cause he has a nice drop with a body kit. 20's without a kit will be really weird in most cases.

I don't really notice a difference. The 20s look a little awkward to me, but not nearly as bad as some things I've already seen. I go with my stock 17s, tires are expensive enough for those.
