Need help with engine codes!!!

So today while I was driving to the gym in the pouring rain my SES light comes on. So I stopped at Autozone to pull the codes (great service by the way). Anyways it pulled 3 codes, P0445, and P1448 twice. The scanner said they were emissions related. I had the kid erase them to see if the light would come back on again but it never did. Anyways I tried searching the Org and the web to find out what these codes really mean. Anyone have a clue? Thanks!

Thanks, I'm a dumba$$, I aplogize, I was in a rush amd not great with searching. Anyways what is the chance the codes were faulty since they have not popped up again? I'm guessing I should just wait it out until they come up again right?

Yes, if there is totally something wrong with the sensors, they will definitely pop up again after a few drive cycles. After you cleared the codes, the car is now in "re-learning" phase. Again, give it time, the codes will pop up if there is something going on.
