i cant figure out how to get these out without snapping them how the hell do i get em out and also what r they called so i can just pick up a few at the dealership incase i snap another

 

Panel popper tool is the easiest. They actuall sell a specific tool just for pulling those, check out your local autoparts store.

 

i used two small flat-head screw drivers. works very well if you pry one side, and then pry the other side a little harder with the second small flat-head. i have had to remove those at least 3 times already, and have never broken one using this method.

 

Hold the outer part then turn the inner part counter clockwise with a small screwdriver till it kinda seperates from itself then pull the center part out with your fingers or small screwdriver and it should come right out with no hassle at all.
