Caliper Replacement - Please Help

I broke a bolt off to my caliper, a component of the parking break. Apparently it connects to a worm gear which means I cant use my parking break (Cant reattach it). Anyway the dealership says I need to replace it. And I've tinkered with it off and on the past few months as I've had time and I've had no luck. So I threw in the towel and I'm looking to replace the caliper. Anyone go through this before? Heres what I've figured out so far

Cost of Part (new caliper for rear passenger side)

Dealership = 350
Dave B =270
AutoZone = 60 bucks

So what I'd like to know is how does autozone charge so d@mn little for what seems to be such an expensive part. I haven’t actually gone and looked that the replacement part. They also have powdered painted calipers (probably wrong term) in either red or like yellow. I currently have painted my calipers red, but buying a set of those is around 100 bucks. Which seems to be a great deal (Currently I paint my calipers, but it doesn’t last as long as I could hope).

Anyone have thoughts on the situation?
