Whistle with Berk intake on '01
Hey, recently installed a Berk Intake w/Apexi filter on my AE '01. Now there is a pronounced whistle when I press the throttle with a certain force. With light pressure, it's a hissing, then with moderate, a loud whistle, with full throttle, it goes away. I checked all the connections and bolts. Everything is tight as you could want. The largest vacuum hose seemed a little loose, and there are some other lines (from the original stock intake) wrapped in this plastic "accordian"-like material that has cracked. Could that be the source of problems? Could it be the filter itself maybe cracked?

the whistle is the air flowing over the throttle body butterfly valve at certain degrees of open-ness. It's there with the factory intake too, but you can't hear it because of the baffled/chambered setup, which muffles it to basically nothing.
