SCCA Solo2

Autocross this weekend. I have a choice of running my CSP CRX on race tires (lately have been in the top ten over 50 some odd drivers) or running my Max on street tires and a Rear Swaybar. There's two days. Saturday and Sunday of racing.

Racing the CRX:
Pros.
-I'll post fast times
-It's more of a connected car, steering, braking, and accelerating is felt more
-I bought and built the car to race it
-If it breaks, oh well, i got my max to drive home

Cons.
-PITA to drive to the track
-More wear on the tires
-no A/C or heater
-I don't drive it everyday

Racing the Max:
Pros.
-I'll learn how to drive the car better
-It'd be nice to **** everyone off in STR (or any Daily Driver classes - DD classes are for those on street tires)
-Much more powerful than the CRX
-Driving home will be much more comfortable after a long day of racing
-Don't have to change tires!

Cons.
-It's slow. Won't turn as nearly as fast times as the CRX will/would.
-If it breaks, I'm now driving a CRX with no AC to work in the middle of the summer (110+ heat) till the Max gets fixed
-I'll lose my class points (CSP)

further stipulations...
If i take the CRX, I can leave it at the track. I personally dislike racing the Max cause of it's heft over the CRX. My friend wants to race my CRX one day (I may make him swap the tires though) since his 300zx TT won't be "setup" by then (candyass!).

So, my question is...what should I race? CRX on Sat and Max on Sun? CRX on both days?

Man, I wish I had your problem The CRX would be the car to take if all you want to do is get great times.....If you want to learn more about the maxima and how it takes the extremes, alternate....
