Working on the cf mold right now, it was on delay till the 50cc bike piece was finished and all the bugs are worked out. We will have it for nissan/infiniti day and at johnson park.

its in july.... what makes this shroud hard to do, is the curve on the grill, i had tried a couple of times to get it right. this will be a 2 piece part when it is finished.

Anyone try to make on from a sheet of metal and some wood blocks and a rubber hammer. You know use the wood to form the down slopes and curves just heat up the sheet with a torch. Anyone???

I wouldn't see why you would need one since it's a FWD with a electric fan. As you mention just not functional but for looks I can understand, Couldn't care more for it.

I made my mould out of something special.
But I should have first runs within the month.... im not joking either.

what does the car being FWD have to do with anything? The shroud is to route the maximum amount of air to the radiator for cooling purposes.....
