Mid RPM stutter, MAF bad again?
Mid RPM stutter, MAF bad again?
Im wondering if my MAF is bad again, i had it done under warranty at 59k miles and im at 76 now- it seems the car has a stutter when im not giving it a lot of gas accelerating. Like, i start off in 1st and give a little gas and it climbs to 2500 ok then when closer to 3k itll "shudder" like the engine is starved of fuel. Same shifting into 2nd, its fine til 3k and it kind of jumps and stutters a little, only when im driving slower though, anything more than 1/4 throttle and its fine. Also in 5th cruising around 65-70 itll jump and shudder too. Not horrible, but enough to make me wonder if thats what it is.
No check engine light, i work at autozone so i even hooked it up to see if any were stored and nothing. Where can i get the resistance values for the 2k1 MAF, i can use a multimeter and measure the ohms across it just not sure what to compare it to. Also i know theirs something about a "fuel cut" that happense to these cars, could that be it? I looked in the stickies and know theirs a TSB just not sure what it is. Ok well any input is appreciated, thanks.
