IMO, these tails look better with the car. Maybe its the black housing flowing with the tint on the windows and the clear tails just throw it all off........

.... Or maybe it's just cause thats what setup i have.

Blue/black/grey/maroon cars look better I believe with the 01 black housings, they don't look bad at all on the lighter colors but I think the chrome housings look nicer on lighter paint.

I like the stock chrome housing! Its much better. ALot of '00 and '01 Maxima owners are coverting them into chrome housing tail lights. If you want you can tint them, which looks much hotter for dark color maximas.

Blacked out

I prefer the blacked out look personally. But the chromes are a nice touch on lighter models

I figure I would add to this. Hamy love your ride. and the post above me too love the car.

Here is mine..basically the nicest rear end you ever seen. I would say these OR the stock 03's are the best tails IMHO. Dont have any night time LED pictures yet but they look awesome.

that looks too aftermarket...if that's what you're going for then cool...but i still say stock 00-01 se tail looks the best...although i'm kinda wanting to go back to my original 02 tails now =/

Well.... That is a matter of opinion. It looks nice but it may not be some people's style. In your opinion, it's the nicest you've ever seen while others might think it looks ricey IMO, it doesn't look too bad.

I still have the stock clears on my 2002. If you need some 02 stocks or just wanna get rid of the 00-01 tails, let me know. I might know a guy that would take 'em off your hands lol

I really think that the black lights look better on darker color cars (grey lustre, super black and majestic blue)..my car came with the clear chrome lights, they looked decent when the car was clean (they matched the TE rims well) but I think the black lights look WAY better on a black car..

I prefer the '00-'01 tails over the '02-'03s.
