Do you have front suspension clunking/banging noises consistant with bad stabilizer links or struts? While these parts may be at fault, check the strut top hat first. The top hat has a small notch that is labeled "out" on top. Make sure that the notch is aligned with the two bottom strut mounting bolts. In my case both the struts and the links turned out ok but the top hat was about 45 degrees out of alignment on one side and completly opposite on the other. No more clunking/groaning sounds!

Actually, I'm having horrible banging and clunking from my front suspension. I have KYB and Progress. It feels as though the springs are not compressed enough, almost like a completely loose set up. It's very unstable and while going over a series a little bumps, it feels like it's wiggling and shifting. Everything is torqued up to spec. Top hat is correct. Only thing I can really think of is possibly the top hats are on the opposite sides of where they should be? Another possibility could be that something is worn out, strut mount/space/etc...
I mind as well resolve this problem and throw on some coilovers.
