my cousin has an 01 se auto with 50k miles on it and he has had difficulty starting the car in the cold for the past few weeks. sometimes the car will start just fine and other times it will start and after several seconds just shut off. there are no cranking issues because it starts up fine and the battery is newly replaced. the car starts and then momentarily shuts off. after 2 or 3 times of this happening the car will then finally start and run. any opinions will be appreciated.
