Tips on installing a lower-valence grille?

Just received my lower valence grille from grille4u (http://www.grille4u.com) and it didn't come w/ any instructions. What it does come with:

2 separate grille inserts (fit perfectly)
8 small screw bolts
8 securing nuts
4 plates to secure the bolt to the nuts

What steps should I take to get these babies in? They appear as though they sit flush over the stock valence grille and simply bolt on the other side, but I don't have a lift and it's definitely hard to get a hand up in there.

Can you give me any help / advice?

sorry I cant help you out, but I have a question about the grill. Ive been looking for a valence grill for my 01 and i checked out their website and theyre saying the grill is for 01-03? How does that make sense since 01's have a different lower grill? You have an 03, but was the one you ordered labelled 01-03, or did they just mess up the label and they actually have two different grills? And hows the quality? Put some pics up when you get it installed.

yea they must have messed up on the label b/c the '00 and '01 grilles are definitely different than the '02 and '03's... my experience w/ the company is soso... didn't really gimmie directions either which is ok... but I mean c'mon would it hurt?

I will post pics after install...probably sometime Friday.
