So i got a 2002 se maxima...i upgraded to slotted with hawk hps brake pads

now on the passenger side my the brake squeaks, found out the metal clip that is between the pad and the cailper is moving too much and causing the squeaking, the dealer says there is nothing i can do about it becuase the OEm pads had a clip to secure. What do I do!!

I wish i had a picture to help the issue..thanks for any help!!

 

Does the manuf have anything to say about it or have a solution? May want to try them, unless someone here can think of something.
