Broken wheel stud

Broken wheel stud
So I finally got my springs to lower my baby and when I went to remove the rear driver side wheel, one lug nut was tight as hell. Obviously it was cross threaded and seized up pretty good. I had to use a breaker bar to get it off and ended up shearing the stud right off. Made for an interesting beginning...
My question is, does anyone know where I can get a new stud and lug nut replacement. What size is it? Cost?

Be sure to retighten the lug nut on that wheel stud after you replace it. It will take a few trips to get the wheel stud seated firmly back into the hub knuckle.
What I do is install the wheel stud, put the rotor on, tighten the lug nut on that new wheel stud until it uses the rotor face to "pull" the wheel stud through and to seat it in the knuckle hole

The 5th gen 17's have a center cap covering the lugs which leads me to believe these may have come with open ended nuts. The 5.5's do not, and it wouldn't look very good to have exposed open ended nuts.
I have neither so this is pure speculation. I just find it interesting.

My max came with closed ended chrome lugs on the stock wheels. Luckily, the guy at O'Reilley's had some replacements.
Got a new stud and lug nut for $3 and some change. Not bad...
Appreciate the response guys!

I broke a wheel stud and replaced it a few months ago on my 2K2 and it was very easy. My 17" wheels have the closed-ended lugs so I used washers as spacers with the lugs to "pull" the stud into place and had no issues.

I had new tires put on in september, and I had stripped a few studs putting on the rims over the summer. I think they charged me $8 or $9 per stud. If you only have one or two, they aren't that expensive to have fixed.
