Key program not taking!

I just bought a 2002 Max and i decided to rekey the entire car. After the car was rekeyed the ignition key that requires a program would not take.

Do you think I need a Computer and a NATS Module for my car?

You are trying to program the key yourself? As far as I know, you need a Consult II to program your keys and you have to do all of them at once.

No I am not trying to program the keys myself the locksmith is doing it. He was telling me I need a new computer for the car.

Originally, sometimes the car would start and then it won't. To enable it to start I would have to lcok all the doors then unlock them. After I do that the car would start right up.
