Whenever I start the car and it is warm already, instead of the rpms jumping to 2,000 in one smooth motion, sometimes it would jump to 1,000 and then immediately jump to 2,000rpm. Is this normal?

The problem went away afer I installed my grounding kit....

 

I have a ground kit installed, and i still experience the exact problem. I was actually gonna just post about it too. It only happens if the engine is already around running temp. Like if you park and run to grab a drink and then restart it, it's usual warm outside too. Anyways, with mine, it will always start, but like you said, theres a second or two of the engine sounding like its bogging down instead of cranking over, sounds really "sloppy." In the morning my car cranks like, twice and starts strong everytime. I have no idea really.. help is appreciated
