ok, i just finished doing this, and don't feel any difference yet. i used 8ga auto wire, and aluminium ring terminals. one thing i would recomment for everyone who is goign to do this, is get a stell brush from auto parts store, and brush all the nuts and bolts and contact points when grounding. there was some corrosion on all my contact points. i am not sure if this is a better mod for people with high milage cars, but i did not feel anything, and i have 50k miles on the odometer. just my 2 cents. peace.

I just got mine done tonight too... I used 8 ga. mega cable (I work at a hardware store with a radioshack). Since I have a 2000 max... I used a combination of the powerpoint that is in this thread, and irish44j's how to on his cardomain page. I didn't notice a difference in startup, but there is a considerable difference in the way my auto shifts. Much smoother of a transition between gears. Throttle is slightly more responsive, and seems to be a little more power, but not much. My girlfriend was with me.. and she thought it was crazy because she felt the difference too. Now she wants to do it to her 2000 Jeep Wrangler.

I made my own yesterday with 6awg wire from Radio Shack (15ft), and connected 6 new ground pointsm using the ppt slideshow as a guide. I'm happy with the 'mod.' I am noticing a lower idle already and possibly faster starts which I'm pretty sure isn't the placebo effect. The red wires are eye-catchers too; they add a lot of life to an otherwise dull engine bay
