I live in Canada and have been enjoying relatively cool weather until the last few days. We have been hitting 80-90+ degrees (with humidity). I have Stillen Intake on my car right now as well. I feel my car has slowed down in performance. I'm questioning the pop charger style intake's location....no cool air at all and no blower or source of cool air. I believe this can actually slow a car down a bit in big time heat. What do you guys think about this? Also I hear Cattman has a new CAI "Black" coming out next week for $199.00US. Anyone got details on this? ie. type of filter? Any cutting needed? More efficient than the Stillen/JWT? I think a well done OSCAI would be better than POP style if you are in warmer climates. Comments on this would be appreciated....

PS I can't do PR CAI because I drive my car in the winter. I hear that it would be sucking in a lot of salt, sand, slush, and winter shizat in general.

 

I think the OSCAI probably performs just as well if not better than the underhood style intakes. In hot weather, the OSCAI probably does better though.

 

I believe Cattman's CAI is like Place Racing's CAI, so idea

Try the OSCAI setup.
