Hey guys. I was just wondering if its possible to install a 02-03 Trenz grille on a 01 max? Someone told me to get a 02-03 bumper and then it'll fit but im not too sure about that, but if thats the way to do it then will the bumper be a perfect fit or will it need a lil modification? Thx

btw....I did a search and came up with nothing.

the 5.5 gen bumper is a direct replacement, but if your doing all that just for the trenz grill, i dont think its worth it. id try to find another grill or make my own. But if your gonna do the bumper swap, itd prob be worth it to swap the headlights too to get the full look.

The grilles for the '00-'01 & '02-'03 models are different and would require modification to get the grille to work.

So, to answer your question...no.

I do have the headlights to get the full look, but if I do a bumper swap will the grille be a problem still or no?

I dont belive the bumper swap would be a problem, the reason why people are telling you to get the 2k2-2k3 bumpers is because that the 2k-2k1's grille is part of the bumper and the grille wont come out, where as the 2k2-2k3 grille will come out.
