$88/month with no moving violations and no at fault accidents. although i did just get into one in december but that doesn't affect my rates until i renew my policy. i have liberty mutual and i get a 20% discount for being part of the penn state alumni association, but basically anyone can get that discount, even if you never went to psu.

I'm paying about $1000 for 6 months, and that's with an accident in Long Island. When the accident comes off in a few months, I should be paying about $800 for 6 months. That's with full coverage(including glass), $500 deductible through progressive. Was the cheapest one around.

oh this is painful

Here's a question anyone found a company that actually will not eat you up if you don't ever end up using the insurance premiums you paid? I.E. a cash build up value? (Don't laugh yet, they do this for other types of insurance).

Ok assuming my first question/statement still doesn't exist then we're all getting spanked in most cases, with or without accidents, tickets etc. meaning its a racket.

For the record I'm with Tristate in NY, $1g deductible. Costing me close to $1500 a year full coverage. No accidents, 1 ticket (low level).

Doing the math on this it means since I bought my max brand new back in 2000, I've already laid out $: about 9000, so far, and no it didn't drop much when I got over the 30 hump.

Location is big, but shouldn't volume more than make up for it by now? The half truths they feed us, and we're legally obligated to buy it all. Its all a nasty game.

I recently saw an advertisement for something like this. I think it was Allstate.

Why not get the tickets removed from your record. YOu can do this yourself well atleast in illinois you can. You just go to court go to the clerks office and ask to about removing a ticket from your record. Its called a motion to vacate. In illinois it cost me about 40 bucks a ticket but hey if insurance checks my sht my record is clean. Oh im 23 and pay 80 bucks a month plus 500 deductible
