Paint matching?

Duplicolor has a paint color called "Graphite Grey" that is supposed to match the Grey Lustre (KV3) (W). Has anyone actually used this color, and know if it matches?

What are you trying to paint? It will not match perfect so I would not do a large obvious spot.

I have all the equipment to spray it. Not gonna drop the money on someone to do it for me. Just need to know if buying from the stealership is my only viable option, ya know?

Go to any paint jobber (PPG, Dupont, etc) and they will mix you up a near perfect match. You'll have to clearcoat it too of course.

There are other additives that need to be mixed with the paint so it can flex a little without cracking and flaking of the bumper cover. A body shop will paint it for you but tell you they need to blend the paint on your car to make it match. I went through that when I got rear ended last year. I just had them paint the bumper cover and called it a day. I didn't want any new paint sprayed on the body of my car when it was undamaged.
