Flashing SES & Y-pipe: Coincidence or not?
Ok...last year I replaced all my coils(grey dot) and plugs...I was SES free for a while. I installed a Cattman Y-pipe last week, and she started throwing codes...realized I forgot to plug in Bank 1Sensor 1 rear O-2 sensor after about two days of driving. Plugged that back in & reset ecu. Then she throws P1320(oh hell no)...so I reset again.
Then this morning felt like she was misfiring, and for the first time she was flashing the SES...any inputs guys, do you think leaving the O2 unplugged messed up a coil/plug?
I just want to feel the power of my the y-pipe is that too much to ask for...

Even the short amount of time running in closed loop could have damaged an 02 sensor. Excess fuel or fire might have ruined it. Do you by chance own or have access to a scanner that will show live 02 readings. This might tell if they are working ok. Just a thought.

You know you're right...cuz one of the sensor wires(white B1S1 front) was touching the tranny. I have to drive back from work...can I unplug the bish and tell her home. or hsould I leave it plugged in and putt putt home...she sounds horrible, it's pretty sad
