really? haha i never heard a gallardo in real life...i've only seen it in the best motoring dvd series...and u can't hear much on the videos

there is a movie out there called life beyond the 1/4 mile. its all about racing high end exotics, and there is a gallardo w/ the tubi exhaust. how I know it sounds literally the same is, I played the part in the movie and then played your exhaust clip right after. I will try and fing a link so you can hear the lambo.

consider this...an E46 M3 revved in neutral sounds raspy...I heard it in a few videos...i'm sure a few of you will attest to this as well

 

It sounds raspy even when in drive, this is due to the Section 1 resonator of the US spec exhaust. Most E46 M3 owners either live with it, or get two AR20 resonators or a Rogue mid-pipe.

 

The one I heard from was driven by the drift king...Keiichi Tsuchiya....it was a JDM spec and it was right hand drive...BMW are usually always left hand drive...but it was raspy as crap....hell nawzzz!!!

 

A drift car with probably straight piping will def amplify the rasp
