Your post makes no sense. Do you have 02/03 headlights retrofitted on your 2000 SE because anything before 02 did not come with and did not have factory HID's available. If you are talking about a third party conversion kit, replace your bulbs with ones that are rated at 4300K. I believe that is the OEM rating.

try sylvania silver star they are rated at 4000k (H4 for 2k max) (9005 for 02-03 high beam) (h3 for foglights)

sometime they have local sale/coupon for 9.99 per pair at auto part stores.

Thanks for the advice on the Silver Stars, I'll try them. When I said resemble HID's I figured folks would know that I have the factory 2000 headlights and I'm just looking for a whiter light in the H4 bulb.

SIlverstars are garbage. They burn out really fast. I had personally experience and many friends. THe bulbs on ly last year to year and a half tops which is horrible compared to other bulbs. Also they are quite a bit more than normal halogen. Personal opinion not worth it at all. I would search around ebay dont ge the ricer 12000k bulbs. Remember th ehigher the K scale the different colrs but also the worst the output. Stick with no higher than 4300k.

Blue tint bulb = reduced light output, trying to look cool while not seeing the road very well at night FTL.
