Wheel squeaking all the time.

Hi All, Anyone with this problem? or solution to it?
My front passager side wheel squeaks all the time. I changed rotor and brake pad thinking that it was the problem, still the same problem. After a few weeks of squeaking, i put the car on the lift and noticed that the drive axles shaft bolt was loose, retained it but the squeaks is still there. I am ready to cut the little metal strips that is attached to the breakpad just to see if it resolve the problem. before all of this happened, i took the car in for new tires and balancing, not sure if the new tire did anything to the wheel. Any ideas on how to solve this? 2kmax SE Auto

TIA
Jack

But the squeaking comes and goes, well lately, it been around more and getting louder! When it was on the lift, nothing was moving, once the axiles nut was tighten. There are two copper color leveler lift that touches the pad and it slides into the thing that does the squeak when the pad rans low. One side that copper leveler stiff but the side that is making the noise is less stiff. what is the purpose of the leveler? if you know what i am descripting. :/
