steering wheel not straight...common issue?

for some reason my cars steering wheel doesnt stay straight while i am driving i can see its shifted toward left just about 1 or 2 inch, when i try to bring it straight it pulls toward right which mean in order to stay on straight track i have to keep the steering a bit on left...is this a common issue or it has something to do with suspension or alighnment? how to fix this probelm?

Alinement issue, or you could have radial pull or you could have uneven tire wear. Does it do it on all roads because the crown of the some roads can cause that, it is so many different variables when it comes to this situation.

I had this issue pretty badly. When you get an alignment tell them about it and they'll make sure to align it with the wheel straight.

The tech who did the last alignment (probably before you bought your car) didn't correct the tie rods after the alignment. You can do it yourself if you want. Just make sure you turn both tie rods by the same amount in the same direction to maintain proper alignment. Or you could get an alignment just to be sure and tell the tech to fix the problem while he's at it. Or just leave it alone, as long as your car drives straight. Unless your car pulls or darts on flat roads when your hands are off the steering wheel, it's ultimately just an aesthetic issue.

Adjust your tie rods. It relatively easy. If you need help, pm me and I'll give you a hand. I live in San Gabriel which is not too far from you.
