2k max with 70k on the clock, the tensioner seems to be making noise when the ac is on, when off it is quiet, is this common problem????

WHat kind of noise? Maybe the belt needs tightening.

Same problem here but not sure what the deflection should be with UDP.... anyone??? For those 02-03 running w/o a UDP the deflection is 4.2 - 4.6 mm. for a used belt. You tighten the adjustor clockwise. Also make sure you loosen the bolt in the center of the pulley itself or any adjustment is pointless.
