Tsudo Catback Silencer Removal Solved
Here is the little "procedure" for properly removing the silencer including the smaller tube out of the tip of the Tsudo catback exhausts, this also applies to the Apexi N1 exhausts as some of them have the same silencer.
1) remove the 2 bolts on the outside of the tip, not the bolts that adjust the swivel inside.
2) use a long hook piece.. (about a 4"-6" metal rod with a small 90 degree angle at the end will do)
3) push the hook inside the small tube until you feel the hook move to either side, resting against the back of the smaller tube
4) with sharp quick motions, snap your hands back as to jolt the silencer out of the tip, do not just pull hard, you will pull back the whole exhaust tubing and thats not good.
5) after a few short snaps of the wrist your silencer should be out. time for alot deeper sound and louder
This silencer has been known to actually restrict up to 20hp from some cars, forcing the huge amount of exhaust into a tube way too small then what is really needed. This is needed if this applies to you.
