Time to replace CV joint ?

Since the last few days I'm earing a click noise on the right front side when I turn. I'm thinking that a CV joint need to be replace, I have 2 questions for that matter:

1- Should I replace with Nissan original parts or is there any company that sell a better replacement parts ?

2- Should I replace both CVB joint ? I think that since the right one is done the left side should follow soon righty ?

Thanks for helping with any links or seller where I can order those CV joints,

Thanks for your help.
