I think those actually perform better than Berk intakes because:

1. the intake resonator is still there (keep bottom end torque)
2. filter is freaking huge, so you get a little more high end.

whereas my berk deletes the resonator, but then i lose torque.

Berk Technology got back to me yesterday, and told me they had some Intakes with Apexi filter in stock. So I made and order over the phone and I should be getting a tracking number today. I'm really looking forward to a new intake and see how that works out.

I'm just excited about my new Berk Intake, I received it yesterday and last night I installed it. I just wanted to share some pictures I took this morning.

I'm gona take it for a test drive with the new Berk Intake, since I was not able to do it last night.

why just take out the foglights? I did some serious modifications and removed my whole headlight. Probably gained 50rwhp

You would get better results venting the foglights to the brakes than the intake.

man is there ANYWHERE I can find a PR CAI? It seems like gold now and people who have them dont want to part with them. I want power throughout the powerband, not just high end...I feel a slight loss in low end power w/ the JWT popcharger

Stay stock. These things (intakes) make too much noise.

Unless you optimize your intake set-up, you wont get the full potential of whatever unit you go with. Check eBay for PR knock offs.

because the OP stated:

"this thread was basically made so all the intake questions can go in here so we don't have 50 seperate threads on them. Seems to be working ok so far..."

answer your question?
