ABS Sensor Replacement

My apologies if this has been covered before, I searched extensively as well as scoured the stickies...

My driver's side ABS sensor cracked while trying to remove it from the steering knuckle while getting my wheel bearings done. Currently I've got the ABS light on (naturally). I've received the replacement part (OEM). My question is, what is the procedure for replacing the sensor? The physical part is no problem, seems like a plug and play job. I'm more concerned about the ABS light and how to get that to turn off when the sensor is replaced...or does it turn off automatically afterwards? Can anyone shed some light on the reset procedure if any?

Thanks much.

It will turn off when the module senses it's back in.

Great, thanks for the info. Didn't know if it was similar to the ECU in that you have to reset it when changing sensors, etc. I'll probably disconnect the battery when swapping it out just for the hell of it.
