Tranny Problems

My standard transmission has started to have some chatter in it. I had to have it worked on before because of the bearings for first and second gear were having problems. I did this around 65k miles. Right now i have about 105k miles and kind of worried about this chatter. matt93se said it is my throw out bearing that is the problem but he did not express any concern towards the cars reliablity. My question is when i fix my transmission which would be within the next 10k miles or so should I just fix it or should i go ahead and install a vq35de while i am at it. I dont know how much additional work this is but I trust my mechanic who knows his way around maximas and could definately do the engine swap.

so i guess you guys think i should change the engine out for the 3.5l while i am at it. I guess I will have to find some pathfinder heads for my VI or just wait for a better intake manifold for the 3.5l.
