VIAS cup orientation

I read in a few threads that people stated that they fixed the the cup in a way that they thought "looked right". Does anyone actually have an image as to which way the "handle" of the cup should actually face? Also the power rod in my VI seems to spin freely with no "end" point. It also moves in and out...should this be taken as normal?

Well it is 4:23 AM EST and I have decided that I will go with the orientation in this pic in Mike's writeup:

Some have commented that that the handle should be left near the 3 o clock position...I have positioned it slightly past that, exactly as in this pic. Also I believe the power rod's positioning is at the mercy of the VIAS actuator as mentioned in another thread.
