Stillen V2S SuperCharger

Whats the fun in buying a car that was already modded?

But im pretty shure that supercharger is more fun by far

$8000 audio system, I don't see that as stupid at all. If I had the funds, I'd do it too. For now, just going to spend about $1,000 on audio. Already did $250 on performance, and a mere $50 on appearance..Looking to spend a lot more than that..but I like to do one mod at a time. Who cares about resale? This is never going to be sold, and just like the rest of you who mod, I like to enjoy while I have the chance.

What is better? Bone Stock & Unhappy? Spend $0 on Mods?
Modded & Extremely Happy? Dropped $2-8k on Mods?

I'll go with number two.

The s/c kit is actually off the car right now. I need to source a few parts and then ill install it myself. Ive removed the big brakes and put back on the stockers so that I can fit my steelies on for winter. I removed the aftermarket b pipe and muffler and reinstalled a stock 2k3 catback because I prefer silence. The suspension will be removed as well and replaced with something else. Basically what I am getting at here, is that by the time I am done with it, it will have been completely changed, so that is how I am having my "fun".

good ****; Right now I am working on my braking system and suspension system. For the brakes I am doing a full flush with super blue ATE fluid, and stainless steel brake lines. For the suspension system I will be upgrading the front end links, installing new tie rods, front sway bar bushings, control arm bushings and a rear sway bar. Also engine mount inserts to follow that. I just put in a shifter bushing set and a stainless steel with teflon clutch line made by SPL.

That's not really a lot of work. I will have all of that done before thanksgiving most likely.

alot of mods in a month and a half, hope you can keep up with tha pace, hahaha

and i see some people are a little bit too uptight here... not pointin fingers, but alot of the people on this forum are young, want to enjoy life, and aren't married, so we have some cash to spare. we know once we "grow up" we wont have as much freedom with our money so we try to enjoy it while we can. There is no need to lecture us on how to spend our money as we know what the consequences are and that we'll never get our money back. I've spent 4800 dollars on my car since January and don't regret any of it.

Nice job so far. Keep it up. I'd go with 6000K at most. I have them for my fogs and they're great.

You going for patent law? I thought about that since I have a BSME. I know the money is good, but not sure if it's really for me. What kind of engineering did you get your BS in?
