no but I will def do it on wed.

Behind the three bolts what would be effecting my vias if there is vacuum coming out of the intake manifold. It seems as something is not switching the soldenoid valve.

Check the pins of the VIAS connector.

I think I have the same problem. VIAS is open all the time, never closes.

I removed the VIAS to check on the screws. The "flap" opens and closes when moving the arm. Mine had a small groove cut into the stopper arm on the outside of the plate, where the closing action had caused it to hit over and over. So it did work at some point.

By checking the pins with the values mentioned in the FSM under certain conditions, you could rule out the actuator.

Another area to look at would be the canister (leaks) And yet another, a mechanical blockage/obstruction.
