im lookin for anyone that has these, and installed them. i was looking through the instructions and it talks about the ground wire, (black) and the other LED wire (red) which goes to be spliced into the turn signal, but on the actual product there is another blue wire......anyone have any idea what this one is for? please let me know this is for an 03, thanks guys

One is for parking lights (dim constant), the other is for blinking (brighter than constant). The bulb in your turn signal has 3 wires as well.
