Why do you think your TB is toasted?

If all what you did was to clean it and you have the same exact symptoms as every one else did : SES light, correct ECU code, High RPM around 1K to 1.1K - then all what you need is the "relearn". Throwing at this a different TB makes no sense at all.

Your first step should be to relearn the air intake for ECU; if that does not work then you triage it with may be with a different TB.

If I were you this is how I would do to maxmimize my doallar: Goto the dealer, ask them to run one of these services (fuel injector flush or engine decarb and ask them to run the "intake relearn" while the car is there with them, it takes 5 minutes may be - you pay $100 or so but you get 2 things out of it - reset the intake values with ECU and the other service). At least at my dealership I know I was able to swing something similar.

Show me a link where the customer went to the dealership and have the relearn method and the car still ran high RPM idle afterwards?

The standard procedure after a TB cleaning at dealership is to go thru the relearn process. The only guarantee way is via the consult II relern process - folks using the stop watch method and stopping and starig car in specific sequence, disconnecting the battery for 4000 hours, saying voo doo things in their sleep in the hope of fixing the car may or may never work.

But is worth a try when you've expended every other method.

After you install that TB you still have to do a relarn.
So just go to a dealer and just do an idle air relearn only not a TB clean
WE charge for TB clean 1 hr and we perform the cleaning and the relearn. If u just ask for relearn we charge half an hour (.5) So decline the cleaning. Ask them for a printout and it should say CMPLT on top right corner

I had it done on my car after I cleaned the TB. Still, no luck

It was the same individual that performed my 17* BTDC advance.

As I stated earlier, the same procedure wont work for everyone. I was merely giving a suggestion.

Nistech - I wish your dealership were here in Phoenix - mine would take no less tna 90$ for hooking upto the consult - does not matter if the job gets done in 3 seconds (reading the SES code also is $90). So maximize my return; I try to get some work done together with the Consult work like TB cleaning, fuel flush , decarb - anything they do extra cost me the same, so why not.
