Not sure if anyone knows for sure yet but they will cost around $1600 from what previous posts have said. NOT worth the investment in my opinion!

here's another discouraging thought

i went to the nissan parts department to talk to my buddy about the headlights.. he tells me he has the part numbers for that car already, but just no prices yet.. so we flip through the book, and discover that the part number for the '02 hoods are different from teh 00'-01' hoods.. but it dont' matter, it's just another excuse for a CF hood.

they have already informed us that the new lights on the 2002 have different wiring than the 2000-2001 and our cars wont support the wiring...but you still have the rear tail lights that can fit

wiring isnt'a bid deal, it's realy easy to modify, but if exterior modifications needed to be done, then i say.. go cheap and get the apc r34 headlights. aroudn 210 for a pair.. taht's what i was thinking of before.. because if you want to spend aroudn $2k+ for just the lense. then lets say 600 for adapters and hid kit, might as well get the AE headlight and slap in the bellof hi-lo kit for $1200 right? and no need to modify the wires.

thousands?? for just teh wires? or everything else.. u talkin' bout the 2k2 right? cuz wires itself and relays would be cheap.. i've done conversions from civic (single lense dual filliment bulbs) to the present generation accord headlight 2 lense 2 bulbs single filliment headlight swaps.. not very expensive. and the wiring is not very extensive.

Why don't you just buy a Phillips kit? Aren't they only like $500?

they aren't my favorite, and u lose your high beams..

for those who may wanna argue.. "u dont need your highbeams with the kit" say all you want.. drive the road i drive home every day at night and u'll take it back...

i was just saying.. with that kinda money.. might as well spend half of it, get the same headlight assembly... (single lense) and a bellof Hi LO kit.. both are hid.. high and low beam.. twice as bright.. at half the price.. why not?? if u wanna go all out that is..

last i heard you said they were really good.. i remember u said they were better than your ralley hid kits.. or maybe iv'e read wrong.. either or.. they are cheaper than switching over to the 2k2 headlights.. the assembly itself is over double the price.

yes i do agree with that.. i never thought it was worth that price.. but i was just saying.. for people that want to shell out all the money for the 2k2 headlight assemblies.. a cheaper alternative to that if getting HID is the main concern then, the bellof kit wouldn't be a bad choice.. i personally wouldn't get it for that price. but others might..

again.. i said.. if they wanted to pay for that price might as well settle for bellofs.. because.. who in their right mind would want to spend 1.3k or so per headlight just to get hid's to begin with right?? i'm just saying.. if u are willing to shell out that much money just for the headlight assembly, plus a hid kit.. (and if u spend so much money on the headlight assembly, might as well pay top dollar and get piaa hid) then it'll be one crazy illumination system u got there.. so i'm saying. if you wanted to go crazy with lights but maintain OEM looks. go for the bellof.. i'm not trying to sell.. so it's just a personal opinion.. i'm not tryign to lead people away from your panasonics either, because they sound good to me as well.
