Anyone wonder how to rip your entire bumper clean off?

Im so rippin p!ssed right now, backing out of my friends driveway i misjudged the room i had to cut, long story short caught the left part of the front bumper on a SHRUB not a tree or anything, ripped the entire thing clean off and flipped it upside down. One fog light wire harness also tore off, the other i was able to unhook, however the two wires that got ripped off touched each other and shorted out my dash lights, tail lights and parking lights. As mad as i am i think itd be neat to get an 02-03 bumper.

I damaged my 02 maxima front bumber cover and replaced the entire thing myself without any prior knowledge. It is very easy. The entire bumber is held on with just clips. I ordered a new bumber on ebay and they painted it to the color code specified on a plate located on the firewall. You should disconnect the battery to be on the safe side just incase airbag sensors react (this is probably overkill as I did not see any wires or sensors when I removed the bumper cover). I also replaced the damaged fog lights from ones I found online.

You probably couldn't do that again if you tried. Sorry to hear your car got messed up but if it was me I would have probably laughed my *** off and then cried.

I know, alright im calmer now, i was sooo p*ssed last night but yeah my two friends came out and started absoloutely laughing their asses off for 5 mins straight- if someone tells me how to host pics i have a digi cam and will put some up. I took the bumper in the house today, the entire thing is fine except for two bolts at the top where the plastic broke, only thing is the wires were pulled out of the harness for my sidemarkers and 1 fog light. Gonna need those parts.
