btw something is definitely going on if you're chirping 3rd gear with a 3.0 auto...i'm not sure how good toyo proxes fz4's are...but i know they all seasons....anyway, just letting you know u got something special in your hands...cuz 3.0 autos dont have enough power to chirp 3rd

def. tomorrow is the day for that no work till thursday... and i have to fix up some of the noise i have left over its actually the whole exhaust system its rattling... gotta see wat that is

I've seen twice as many as you have that have not done anything but work, minus the few small known glitches that can be read about in the FI and AM forum.

I've been out of it for over a week now, so I'm just reading this thread for the first time. Didn't start out so great, but fortunately some of the others new about how these headers have to be designed (O2 wire extensions, drain plug, etc.).
Good for you to get them installed yourself with simple tools. I'll note that my catback has been thrown out of adjustment while we were prototyping header/y-pipes even though it was just right to start with. Just loosen up the flanged connections and adjust as necessary to get things back into alignment so nothing rattles. You may want to pay an experienced exhaust tech do it; someone who's good can eyeball how it needs to line up real easily and make the adjustments at the flanges.

^^ dun... im really pleased with ur product aside from my oil drain plug i can push that issue aside as it won't bother me much i hope lol but greatly satisfied... i did however went a mieneke shop that has done work for me in the past and they made the correct adjustments on watever my rattling noise was and its been better and sounds GREAT thank you

Save the runfiles on a thumb drive, DL DJ reader from DJ site, upload on your CPU, zoom/compare/look @ different CF's, transfer to Excel, see conditions
