car LED same as cell phone?

the ones for the passenger doors you can use T1 or T1 3/4 type leds but the ones in the driver side are totally different. they are more like the cell phone ones... surface mount but with 4 leads... dunno where i can find them

i dunno what phone youre talking about, but im interested in switching the leds in my nokia 8260... if you search on ebay for "8260 led" you'll see alot of matches
from the information i gather they are type 603 leds
when i took apart my 51xx to look at em they are very very small and my friend had a bit of trouble taking them out / soldering in them back in for practice
