The car does NOT need to be retuned after installing these spacers. All you are doing is slightly lengthening the intake runners and drastically reducing intake manifold temperatures. Your Air/Fuel Ratio will not change b/c of these spacers. I have already tested that.

I have some 1"x3" white vinyl stickers in the works. They should be ready in less than a week from now. As soon as I get them, I will send out a couple to all my previous customers.

I do not have die cut stickers like the ones for Maxima.org. But, these are high quality clean looking stickers that will go perfect in your engine bay. They are nice looking enough, I will be putting them on my rear window.

If you guys want nice die cut stickers in silver, just like the ones for Maxima.org, please let me know and I will get right on top of that immediately! They are very expensive to setup. But I will make them for the people that request them and want to install them on their exterior somewhere. Let me know what you guys think.

I will get working on that immediately. My personal preference for color is silver or nothing! They look very clean.

The die cut sticker should be around the same size at your Cattman sticker. 1"x3" or 1"x4". I don't want it too big so you'll get a non-ricey clean look.

I just installed these. I've already had my IM and TB off a couple times before to change plugs and valve covers so it was pretty easy. Took about an hour taking my time.
Waited an hour for the gasket sealent to harden up, did the accelerator release and IAV reset then took her for a quick spin. Didn't get to do too much cuz it's raining out. Butt dyno says theres more torque low/mid end. Seems to rev a bit faster from 2-4k especially in 2nd gear.
My car is idling at 200 not sure why. Checked to make sure everythings connected tight. Will try resetting ecu etc later..

Post has been edited because of a USPS shipping delay problem that should have been brought to my attention before being posted on the org. The original poster has deleted his post regarding the matter.

If anybody ever has any problems with your order, don't post on the org about it unless you have contacted me directly and at least given me a chance to correct the problem.

I strive to offer the best customer service you've ever experienced! That is something I take very seriously!

I think its more commonly referred to as RTV sealant or liquid gasket, not grease. Grease would kinda defeat the purpose here I think.

Actually, I was gonna ask the same question because I'm about to go buy some of this:

And btw, thanks Aaron, my spacers came in yesterday but I haven't opened the box yet.

Does it have to be black? Didn't know if it specifically needed to be that for some reason. Got blue at home.

The whole install was easy...took a couple of hours.
Installing the elbow spacer (“the bear”) and throttle body spacers was easy. While I had it apart, I used throttle body cleaner to clean the throttle body and the inside of the elbow.

It was difficult to get the lower collector off because the fuel rails were in the way preventing access to the bolts. I removed all the fuel rail bolts (but left the rails in place). Then I was able to move the rails out of the way enough to get to the bolts. The spacers went on fine followed by the lower collector.

The upper collector spacer was also easy to do, including replacing the studs.
Everything went back together just fine. The spacers were designed and made perfectly! Everything matched up exactly (not that I had any doubts).

Did all the relearning procedures without a problem.

I drove the car a little bit and to be honest I don't really feel a difference yet. One difference is the sound. The exhaust had a deeper sound at idle and through the whole RPM range. The intake growl is also louder. I guess thats the colder more dense air.
I was very surprised at how much cooler the upper collector was after driving.
I will give my real impressions after driving a little bit more (including the highway) and letting the car get used to the cooler air.

exhaust sound at idle (my only exhaust mod is b-pipe)
the smoke is the throttle body cleaner burning off...or my engine burning oil.

Blue Silicone Sealant will work. I used Black b/c it's a higher temp rating, should last longer, and makes for a cleaner looking install.

But any silicone sealant that is rated for over 200 degrees should be good enough. I used Permatex Black RTV. My instructions shows the part number also.

You can download the instructions off my website if anybody wants to do more research before ordering.

looks like im going to have to do the Idle Air Volume Learning Procedure when i get home from work.
when i first started the car it seemed find and it was fine when i first drove it. then when i was driving to work, the throttle seemed to surge even when the RPMs were staying the same. then the damn SES light came on.

i dont think the LIM spacers will make any difference, they are very thin. either way very nice quality product!

and sooner, you are not that modded, get some headers on that *****! and you will prob see a bigger difference. i believe the test car had I/H/E and VAFC..

I noticed in a previous post you said you cleaned the TB. Please tell me you didn't manually move the valve.
It sounds like you did. And if you did you are f'ed.
I did that and had issues with it for a long time. Please tell me you didn't move the TB valve.
